If you are ready to start making easy money, download the Get Offended.com Affiliate Program Application through the link below:

Once you have downloaded the Application and filled it out, fax it to Get Offended.com (937) 698-4369. Please print clearly (or type). We will disregard unreadable applications.

Once your Application has been recieved, Get Offended.com will email you a confirmation. The review process can take up to 5 working days. (Don't freak out, we'll damn near let anybody carry our stuff, this is just a bunch of protocol and business jargon...)

After your Application has been reviewed, you will be notified by email along with an Online Payment Request for the one time setup fee of $25. You will then recieve your Get Offended.com Affiliate Account Number. Within a week you will recieve an Affiliate Packet containing blank Purchase Order Request Forms, a catalog of merchandise available for Affiliates, A CD-Rom containing jpeg images of available merchandise for use on your website, and various other goodies.

It is then your responsibility to post your online store and generate the sales. You will be contacted by Get Offended.com periodically by email with updates on the program and additions to the Affiliate Merchandise line. You can cancel at anytime.
